SENIOR IQC ENGINEER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Electronics Component Manufacturing industry and is looking for a SENIOR IQC ENGINEER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Salary: 40.000.000 VND
• Working time: Monday to Friday
• Report to: QA Manager

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

IQC role is responsible for the generation of a strategic plan to improve the business processes and increase production output. Duties include creating the company’s quality standards and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance. IQC is also responsible for the creation of documentation that reports issues and errors relating to the material issue from production and Customer with efforts placed to find a solution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Quality monitoring & control (incoming QC).

• Ensure material meeting the standard in line with Product requirement.

• Ensure the IQC operation in compliance with QMS.

• Ensure the Material standard, criteria in place.

• Non-conformity handling – Daily control.

• Ensure the training of new member.

• Meet required KPI target (LAR %).

• Daily & weekly control MRB (ERP vs Physical part) with team.

•  Weekly report of On-hold.

• Manage supplier feedback progress (D).

• NPI, 8D – material in-coming control in FiFoQ.

• 5S and Safety execution and control in line with QMS.

• Support QMS about the frequent calibration for Instrument and equipment in factory.

• Bachelor's degree is minimum requirements. Graduate from university Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial field.

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in IQC engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry, including surface mount technology (SMT), printed circuit board (PCB) assembly (SMT/Wave/Coating/Potting/Assembly), testing, packaging and NPI.

• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.

• Strong coordination/organizational skills.

• Good skill in analyzing and solving the problems.

• Basic knowledge and applied of quality tools: SPC tool, 7 QC tools, using measuring equipment, 8D report.

• Execute assignments completely, accurately, and timely, and keeps appropriate personnel informed.

• Know using ERP/SAP is a plus.

• Salary: 40.000.000 VND
