INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry and is looking for International Sales Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Gia Dinh Industrial Zone, Binh Duong
• Working time: 7.30 am - 16.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Market Expansion: Develop and execute international sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients and global distributors.

• Account & Pipeline Management: Manage overseas client relationships, oversee price negotiations, contract terms, and drive sales revenue targets.

• Order Execution Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, Planning, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure accurate order specs, production timelines, and export delivery schedules.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and export regulations (customs, tariffs, chemical/sustainability standards).

• Trade Shows & Client Visits: Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and overseas client meetings.

• Reporting & Strategy: Deliver regular export sales forecasts, revenue performance reports, and market entry proposals to top management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 3–5+ years of experience as an International/Export Sales Manager in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in chemical, footwear materials, plastics, foam (PU/TPU), or textiles is a strong advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of export-import procedures, Incoterms, international trade compliance, and global B2B sales cycles.

• Good command of English; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.

• Salary: Negotiable

• Transportation allowance
