FINANCE MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry and is looking for Finance Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Gia Dinh Industrial Zone, Binh Duong
• Working time: 7.30 am - 16.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Strategy: Oversee overall financial operations, accounting activities, cash flow management, working capital, and treasury operations for the factory.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, managerial accounting reports, and variance analysis for local management and HQ.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget planning, operational expense control, capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking, and financial forecasting.

• Cost Accounting & Inventory Control: Supervise product costing, standard vs. actual cost analysis, manufacturing overhead allocation, and inventory valuation across plants.

• Taxation & Legal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax laws, corporate accounting standards (VAS/IFRS), transfer pricing regulations, and external audit requirements.

• Team Leadership & Reporting: Direct, train, and manage the finance and accounting team while serving as the main strategic advisor to the General Director/HQ.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (CPA / ACCA certification is a plus).

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or Accounting Manager in a manufacturing plant environment.

• Experience in chemical, footwear materials, plastics, foam (PU/TPU), or textiles is a strong advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of VAS, IFRS, corporate taxation, manufacturing cost accounting, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/ERP).

• Good command of English; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.

• Salary: Negotiable

• Transportation allowance
