BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry and is looking for Business Development Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Gia Dinh Industrial Zone, Binh Duong
• Working time: 7.30 am - 16.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• New Opportunity Identification: Research, map out, and pursue new market segments, application areas, and strategic business opportunities for company products.

• Lead Generation & Acquisition: Build a robust B2B sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients, brand headquarters, and manufacturing partners.

• Commercial & Technical Feasibility: Partner with R&D and Technical teams to assess client requirements, propose customized material solutions, and manage sampling/testing phases.

• Partnership Negotiations: Structure, negotiate, and close commercial agreements, joint development projects, and supply contracts.

• Strategic Planning: Conduct market assessments, pricing analysis, and competitive intelligence to shape medium-to-long-term growth strategies.

• Management Reporting: Provide regular updates on market feedback, deal status, and new revenue pipelines to executive leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical/Materials Engineering, or related fields.

• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Strategic Sales in a manufacturing plant environment.

• Experience in chemical, footwear materials, plastics, foam (PU/TPU), or textiles is a strong advantage.

• Strong strategic mindset with a proven ability to identify market gaps, initiate technical sales, and close deals.

• Good command of English; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.

• Salary: Negotiable
• Transportation allowance
