KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry and is looking for Key Account Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Gia Dinh Industrial Zone, Binh Duong
• Working time: 7.30 am - 16.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for major key accounts (e.g., global brands, tier-1 footwear/apparel vendors), building long-term strategic partnerships.

• Revenue & Account Growth: Understand key clients' business needs, manage commercial negotiations, and drive cross-selling/upselling of core product lines.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Internal R&D, QC, and Production teams to ensure client specifications, sample approvals, and quality standards are met.

• Supply Chain & Order Tracking: Monitor order progress, forecasts, and delivery timelines to ensure high customer satisfaction and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.

• Issue & Claim Resolution: Lead the swift resolution of client feedback, commercial disputes, or quality claims in coordination with internal departments.

• Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, revenue tracking, and account development plans for executive review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or related fields.

• 3–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Account Management within a manufacturing plant environment.

• Experience in chemical, footwear materials, plastics, foam (PU/TPU), or textiles is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record in managing large OEM/ODM enterprise accounts and navigating complex supply chains.

• Good command of English; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.

• Salary: Negotiable

• Transportation allowance
