Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Investment industry who is looking for Total Rewards Senior high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: Monday - Friday
• Salary: 40.000.000VND gross

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Total Rewards Specialist works with senior management, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to develop and implement total reward programs. This includes identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the organization's current total reward and compensation programs, and using this information to make recommendations for improvement. 
• Works to ensure that these programs are cost-effective and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. 
• Responsible for staying up-to-date on changes in the total rewards industry, and providing guidance and expertise on total reward issues. 
• Develop and implement total rewards policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with the company's objectives. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national regulations, including tax and legal requirements. 
• Provide support and guidance to management and employees on total rewards programs. 
• Manage the budget for total rewards programs and ensure that they are cost-effective. 
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of total rewards programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 
  
• At least 3 years of experience working in the same positions in MNCs capital, fund, banking & finance, or related fields
• Fluent in English (is a must) 
• Young, dynamic and energetic person

• The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with senior management and other stakeholders. 

• Salary: 40mil gross
