Job Description

• Specialize in Business Tax Services (covering Corporate Income Tax, Value-Added Tax, and Foreign Contractor Tax) with substantial exposures to Transaction Tax Services and International Tax Services.
  
• Provide tax and regulatory advice to various inbound investments, group restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) in Vietnam. 
• Perform tax due-diligence reviews (for both buyer and seller sides) to support M&A deals of the clients to identify tax issues that may impact the reported profit before tax and net asset value of the Target. 
• Have full tax compliance and reporting experience in all said kinds of taxes by providing comprehensive solutions (i.e., from collecting required data/information, preparing tax returns and schedules, to submitting returns to tax authorities). 
• Work with tax authorities on behalf of clients during tax audits, tax incentives, and other controversial matters. 

• A bachelor's degree, preferably with degrees in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, Tax, or MBA.
• A minimum of 5 – 7 years in tax or auditing in professional services firms. 
• Currently working in Big4 is a plus.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and/or Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Traveling within and out of the country is required but not too much.
