SENIOR COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry and is looking for Compliance Officer high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Gia Dinh Industrial Zone, Binh Duong
• Working time: 7.30 am - 16.30 pm, Monday to Saturday
• Salary: Negotiable

Ensure the company's legal documentation and corporate records are fully compliant. Establish, maintain, and monitor the internal compliance management system to ensure all business and manufacturing operations strictly adhere to applicable laws, customer requirements, and internal policies, thereby mitigating risks and safeguarding corporate reputation.

Key Responsibilities 

• Social & Labor Compliance: Monitor compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and the global Codes of Conduct (CoC) of international brands outsourcing manufacturing to the factory, such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, Skechers, etc.

• Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, fire prevention and firefighting (FPF) regulations, hazardous waste management, and noise control within the manufacturing facility.

• Auditing: Act as the main point of contact and lead customer compliance audits and inspections conducted by relevant authorities, including social, technical, and security audits.

• Policy Development & Training: Develop internal policies and procedures, keep up to date with new legal and regulatory requirements, and organize compliance awareness training for factory workers and management.

• Corrective Action Plan (CAP): Conduct root cause analysis and follow up with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively after each audit or inspection.

•  Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Quality Management, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with large multinational corporations or FDI enterprises in the footwear or textile and garment industries.

• In-depth knowledge of international compliance standards, including BSCI, SMETA/SEDEX, WRAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as Vietnamese labor laws.

• Proficient in English, with the ability to prepare reports, interpret international standards, and communicate directly with foreign experts.
