SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ENERGY)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the photovoltaic/new energy industry, is looking for Vietnamese Sales Representative high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location:  Vietnam (location flexible/candidate-based)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and projects; responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
• Manage client relationships: regularly visit existing clients (including business trips and calls) to maintain the company's position on the supplier list, understand client needs, follow up on past projects for satisfaction, and handle stakeholder relations.
• Monitor regional bidding information and competitor pricing; compile and organize bid documents and contract materials; track order execution, delivery, payment collection, and guarantee management post-signing.
• Coordinate pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales activities: analyze early-stage project requirements with clients, develop design proposals and budget estimates to secure shortlisting; organize cross-departmental meetings; handle customer complaints and after-sales issues in coordination with relevant departments.
• Track payment collection per contract schedule and manage accounts receivable.
• Provide weekly project and sales performance reports; support marketing, exhibitions, and client channel expansion; attend company/department meetings.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by company/department leadership.

• Experience in the new energy industry is required.
• Proficient in Vietnamese plus English, or Vietnamese plus Chinese.
• Educational requirement: Undergraduate degree or above.
• Work experience: Unlimited (open to entry-level and experienced candidates).
• Candidates from PECC2 or PECC4 background are a plus.
• Positive, outgoing personality; strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
  

• Salary: ~$1,700 - $3,500/month

• Compensation aligned with local market standards and candidate's capability/experience.
