Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the ????????? industry who is looking for ????? ??? ??????? ??????? high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

  • Work at: Ho Chi Minh 
  • Salary: around $2000 - $2500 gross
  • Report to: EU General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase business through local customers. Identify new market opportunities and ensure effective development and promotion of the company and its products.
  • Actively develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum potential sales is realized..
  • Actively increase sales volume from new project of current key customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Planning, production, TC/Packaging, etc.) to meet customer’s requirements for new projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments for customer visit/meeting/audit
  • Handle, control orders from customers check price and input data on system.
  • Carry out or commission research in the company’s existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze trends in the business industry, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings with existing and potential customers in order to develop current customer relationships and to create new/potential customer relationships.
  • Assist in formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives..
  • Acquire new customers and generate leads for new accounts or projects to achieve business and financial targets and grow the business

People Development:

  • Ensure that his/her direct report (s) has the necessary competencies and resources to deliver against the annual targets and long-term plans. 
  • Propose appropriate trainings to ensure adequate competency in required areas.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the field of Business Management, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 8 years minimum work experience in sales key account management or business development..
  • Expert knowledge in compiling numbers and creating Excel spreadsheets including business plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skill.
  • Excellent English presentation skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship skills to work well with customers and employees from different departments/levels in the organization.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and conflict management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
