Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Manufacturing is looking for Office Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment. 

  • Working location: Binh Duong
  • Working time: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday – Saturday
  • Salary: 45mil/month gross

MAIN DUTIES
1. Office Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
(Primary Focus)

  • Manage purchasing activities for office-related needs, including office supplies, furniture, equipment, maintenance services, and general administrative materials.
  • Source and evaluate vendors, request quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate contracts or terms.
  • Ensure timely order placement, delivery, and payment coordination in collaboration with the Accounting team.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vendor information and purchasing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

2. General Office Administration

  • Supervise daily office operations, ensuring the office environment is functional, clean, and professional.
  • Manage office services such as facility maintenance, office equipment, meeting room scheduling, and utility coordination.
  • Act as the administrative liaison between factory departments and Head Office.

3. HR & Administrative Support

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and leave, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate internal communications, support employee engagement activities, and help implement company policies at the factory level.

4. Import–Export & Logistics Coordination

  • Provide administrative support for import/export documentation and customs procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics details with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records related to shipping, receiving, and compliance.

5. Accounting Support

  • Collect and organize financial documentation including invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records.
  • Liaise with the Accounting/Finance team to ensure timely processing and submission of reports.
  • Support during internal and external audits with document preparation.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles in a manufacturing or factory setting.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), with strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong vendor management and purchasing experience, particularly in office supplies and services.
  • Familiarity with HR admin, import–export documentation, and basic accounting procedures.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.
