Job Description

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Manufacturing industry and is looking for Purchasing Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
- Working location: Binh Duong
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Salary: around 40-45mil/month
MAIN DUTIES:
- Develop and manage vendor relationships for all components, materials, and operational needs.
- Ensure purchasing compliance with CFT procedures, documentation, and regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies to interpret laws, tax policies, and procurement rules.
- Source qualified suppliers, negotiate cost-effective deals, and maintain supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define technical and operational requirements.
- Monitor market trends, forecast demand, and plan deliveries.
- Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and manage procurement risks.
- Handle procurement of machinery, tooling, metals (aluminum, steel, copper), ALPLA parts, and custom components from BOM/design releases.
- Oversee office/shop supplies and inventory management.
- Coordinate urgent services (EDM, boring, grinding, etc.) and cross-functional needs (IT, legal, construction, utilities).
- Manage procurement logistics with domestic and international suppliers and customers.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial procurement, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Strong experience in sourcing mechanical parts, tooling, machinery, and services.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
- Understanding of Viet Nam and foreign procurement regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in English
