PRODUCTION MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry and is looking for Production Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Gia Dinh Industrial Zone, Binh Duong
• Working time: 7.30 am - 16.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Execution: Oversee daily factory operations, optimize production schedules, and ensure output targets are met on time and within budget.

• Process & Efficiency Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen) to minimize scrap, reduce downtime, and increase overall plant productivity.

• Resource & Equipment Management: Coordinate material usage, workforce allocation, and line efficiency; partner with maintenance teams to ensure machine availability.

• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations on the shop floor.

• Cost Control: Monitor operational costs, raw material wastage, and labor efficiency to maintain target margins.

• Team Leadership & Reporting: Manage, train, and evaluate production supervisors, shift leaders, and operators; present regular operational reports to plant management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or related fields.

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Production Manager or Operations Manager in a manufacturing plant environment.

• Experience in chemical, footwear materials, plastics, foam (PU/TPU), or textiles is a strong advantage.

• Solid knowledge of production planning, capacity control, shop-floor management, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles.

• Good command of English; proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.

• Salary: Negotiable
