Planning Manager (Materials)

ROTalent Headhunt’s Partner is a large company in Manufacturing industry who are urgently looking for talents join in their company as PLANNING MANAGER:

- Working Location : Ho Chi Minh city

- Report to : Site Materials Manager

- Manage : Direct 40 staff, indirect 300 – 400 staff

KEY DUTIES

• Build and implement new planning strategies.
• Balance Department’s budget.
• Manage Key Performance Metrics of the Department.
• Implement and maintain procedures and work instructions.
• Manage and develop the Planning Department within a local site.
• Evaluate capacity modules and schedules.
• Ensure material liability coverage and master schedule data integrity.
• Analyze revenue trends for the plant and provides updates to stakeholders.
• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 9 years related Materials experience (over 5 years in a management role).
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of local and international logistics operations and industry.
• Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
• Strong financial and analytical ability, knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
• Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
• Fluency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills.
