Job Description

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Investment Funds industry who is looking for high qualified candidate for PARTNERSHIP DIRECTOR position at the moment.

  • Working Location: HO CHI MINH

Main duties:

New partners

  • Actively build new relationship with key contacts from the target partner for connection and trust including partner’s product team, sale support team and key contacts at partner’s head offices.
  • Prepare proposal and supporting documents for new partner presentation.
  • Prepare contracts and coordinate among legal, accounting, HR and compliance for relevant terms and conditions.
  • Prepare Service-level agreement, process workflow for each partner to match with partner’s processes and company's processes.
  • Develop and coordinate to execute relevant sales plan and marketing plan for kick-off.
  • Maintain up-to-date partner pipeline, track progress and milestones.

Existing partners

  • Maintain strong relationship with partner’s key contact points at working level.
  • Update the organizational structure of partners for sales team and BD team.
  • Coordinate training schedule and certification.
  • Coordinate with partner to organize award recognition events, prizes, and winning certification for all partners and their members.
  • Update regular reports to partners (e.g. Market update, NAV update, Transaction and balance reports).
  • Conduct sales support activities daily, such as support in coordinating with legal, accounting and compliance when issues occurred.
  • Coordinate with accounting team for administration / paperwork process including monthly accrual of expenses, payment request, bank service contract, support documents for the payments, and support audit works.
  • Follow and coordinate gift/birthday/special events for key contacts for each partner.
  • Update to partners when having new program, new product or new document forms and facilitate ad-hoc request from partners for sales activities.

Job Requirement

- Three years and above of experience as partnership development and administration roles

- Good at Excel for data reconciliation and Power Point skills for presentation and proposal preparation

- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software

- Detail oriented mindset

- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits

- Patient and friendly personality

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Good negotiation skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business administration major
