Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Investment industry who is looking for Head of Fund Operations high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: Monday - Friday
• Salary: Negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Head of Fund Operations is responsible for the overall management and oversight of the fund operations function. This includes:

• Leading a team of fund operations professionals including 14 members (Fun Ops, Product Development, Trading and Bussiness Solutions)

• Developing and implementing fund operations policies and procedures

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fund

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

RESPONSILIBITIES:

Leadership and management:

• Lead and motivate a team of fund operations professionals

• Develop and implement fund operations training and development programs

• Provide strategic direction for the fund operations function

Policy and procedure development:

• Develop and implement fund operations policies and procedures

• Ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Day-to-day operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fund, including account opening, reconciliation, reporting, and investment execution

Compliance:

• Ensure that the fund complies with all applicable laws and regulations

• Develop and implement compliance training and awareness programs

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in fund operations or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English
