MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry and is looking for Maintenance Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Binh Duong
• Working time:7.30 am - 16.30 pm, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility & Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of all production facilities, plant infrastructure, utility systems, and heavy machinery to ensure optimal operational uptime.
• Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs (TPM) to minimize unexpected equipment breakdowns and production line downtime.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage the department budget, optimize maintenance operational costs, control spare parts inventory levels, and source reliable vendor contracts.
• Compliance & Safety Oversight: Enforce strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, local building codes, fire safety standards, and factory statutory inspections.
• Project Management: Lead facility expansion projects, equipment installations, plant layout modifications, and infrastructure improvement initiatives from conception to commissioning.
• Team Leadership & Reporting: Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and contractors; present regular performance and equipment reliability reports to upper management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in plant maintenance management, facility management, or works engineering within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong hands-on expertise in factory utilities (HVAC, boilers, compressed air, electrical grids, wastewater treatment) and automated production machinery.

• Solid knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), and 5S/Lean manufacturing principles.

• English fluency is required. Additional knowledge of Chinese or Korean is a plus.

• Transportation allowance
