Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a strong background in Salesforce or Jungo and GoHighLevel software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our CRM systems, integrating third-party applications, and ensuring seamless data flow between platforms. They will also work closely with various teams to provide technical support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's Salesforce or Jungo and GoHighLevel CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements in the CRM systems.
  
• Integrate third-party applications and tools with the CRM platforms to streamline business processes and improve overall system efficiency.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues, working closely with end-users to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system processes, workflows, and user guides, to facilitate user adoption and training.
  
• Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending and implementing optimizations and improvements as needed.
  
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CRM administration and development, ensuring that our systems remain up-to-date and competitive. 
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce or Jungo administration, development, and support, with GoHighLevel software experience being a strong plus. 
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data management, and data integration. 
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, or other programming languages is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English

• Salary starting at $1000/month.
