ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Financial Industry who is looking for HR MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

  • Working location: HCMC
  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Report to: CEO


  • Manage HR man-power planning, succession planning, HR Budget/Forecast, WFP.
  • Manage recruitment & selection by acquiring talents; maintain talent pool. 
  • Manage organization structures and roles: job evaluations; salary structure; salary market data, HR trends. 
  • Manage monthly payroll, social insurances contributions, final payment for terminations. 
  • Manage PIT finalization, PIT audits, Labour audits when required. 
  • Manage Learning & Development: Identify training needs, manage training & development plan.
  • Manage Drive Excellences: manage performance reviews, Talent review.
  • Manage rewards & recognition program, manage employee survey.
  • Regular team briefs, internal communication; employee relations, set up Team activities.
  • Manage compliance, disciplines management, update local legal regulations to staff. 
  • Advise labour legal to management. 
  • Review & set up HR policies and procedures. 
  • Manage pre/on-board; off-board program.
  • Support the greenfield project implementation.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the General Director. 

Job Requirement

Important requirements:

  • Deep knowledge in labour law and HR compliance.
  • Have strong experience in build up HR system and KPI for Startup.
  • Have working experience in Fintech, Banking Fields is an advantage.

General requirements:

  • University or MBA graduated. 
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in human resources management at multinational companies.   
  • Ability to be effective both strategically and at a hands-on, operational level. 
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Strong team and leadership skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills and must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the business. 
  • Energy, enthusiasm, self- motivation, assertiveness and emotional intelligence. 
  • Fluently in English communication.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.


  • Salary: Negotiable.
