HEAD OF FINANCE (Industrial Real Estate)

Dear Our Valued Connections, Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE Industry who is looking for HEAD OF FINANCE high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee an accounting team on the preparation of periodic consolidated financial statements for statutory reporting, and management reporting to investors in Vietnam and Singapore.

• Analyse and review the financial performance of the business comparing actual results against budget and prior year.

• Lead in the preparation of budget and forecast of the business, incorporating key business and economic drivers.

• Lead in the preparation of budget and forecast of the business, incorporating key business and economic drivers.

• Take lead in liaising and negotiating with Financial Institutions to raise onshore and offshore financing for development projects and refinancing of completed developments. Review thoroughly all terms and conditions of the loan and security documents and assess commercial viability and feasibility.  

• Critically analyse the interest and foreign exchange environment and propose hedging strategy to manage interest and foreign exchange risk.

• Review financial model and critically comment on business and tax assumptions and evaluate the returns on the investment.

• Review and identify control weakness in work processes, initiate and implement new controls and ensure controls are strictly adhere to.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities and other government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Provide advice to the various departments on matters that have impact on the financing, profits, tax, and cash flow of the business.     

• Participate in any ad hoc projects assigned, including M&A and Due Diligence.

• CA or CPA qualified with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English and confident in presentation, Open for Expat

• Proficient in local and international accounting standards including a good understanding and working knowledge of consolidation.

• Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Hands on and comfortable working in a fast growing and entrepreneurial environment.
