Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Industrial  Real Estate industry and is looking for a Business Development Manager (Korean Market) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

  • Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri), lunch break 12:00 -13:00. Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00
  • Working Location: Ho Chi Minh/Dong Nai
  • Salary: $3200/month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Korean companies (manufacturing, technology, logistics, etc.) seeking to expand into Vietnam.
  • Coordinate investment promotion seminars and events with KOCHAM, KOTRA, and other Korean industry associations.
  • Prepare and deliver bilingual presentations and documents (Korean – Vietnamese/English) to introduce KNIC projects.
  • Work closely with Korean investors throughout the entire process: introduction – site survey – negotiation – MOU signing – setup support.
  • Update market insights from Korea: investment trends, supply chain shifts, manufacturing relocation patterns.
  • Collaborate with technical, legal, and planning teams to provide tailored solutions for investors.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Korean Desk Manager / Korean Investment Promotion Executive / Korean Market Development Executive at:
  • Industrial parks, export processing zones, or other equivalent industrial real estate projects.
  • B2B real estate companies serving Korean clients (logistics, commercial zones, industrial land).
  • Investment promotion agencies or Korean associations (KOCHAM, KOTRA, etc.).
2. Language Proficiency
  • Fluent in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or equivalent).
  • Ability to write, present, and conduct business discussions in Korean.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
3. Required Skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with high-level B2B clients.
  • Market-oriented mindset and a clear understanding of Korean manufacturers’ investment decision-making process.
  • Ability to work independently, follow KPIs, and manage client pipelines effectively.
