Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Industrial Real Estate industry and is looking for a Business Development Manager (China Market) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
- Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri), lunch break 12:00 -13:00. Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00
- Working Location: Ho Chi Minh/Dong Nai
- Salary: $3200/month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential investors from Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong (manufacturing, technology, logistics, etc.) who wish to expand into Vietnam
- Coordinate investment promotion seminars and events with associations such as CCPIT, Guangdong Chamber, HHBAV Hong Kong, Taiwan Business Association, etc.
- Prepare and deliver bilingual presentations and documents (Mandarin – Vietnamese/English) to introduce KNIC projects.
- Accompany Chinese investors through the entire process: introduction – site survey – negotiation – MOU signing – setup support.
- Keep updated on market trends in China: investment shifts, supply chain changes, and manufacturing relocation.
- Collaborate closely with technical, legal, and planning teams to provide tailored solutions for investors.
Job Requirement
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a China Desk Manager / Chinese Investment Promotion Executive / Chinese Market Development Executive at:
- Industrial parks, export processing zones, or equivalent industrial real estate projects.
- B2B real estate companies serving Chinese clients (logistics, commercial property, industrial land).
- Investment promotion agencies or Chinese business associations.
2. Language Proficiency
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent).
- Ability to write, present, and conduct business discussions in Mandarin.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
3. Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior-level B2B Chinese clients.
- Market-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of Chinese manufacturers’ investment decision-making processes.
- Ability to work independently, follow KPIs, and manage a Chinese client pipeline effectively.
