CHINESE PROJECT SALES SPECIALIST

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Industrial Real Estate Industry who is looking for Project Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies to expand their business: 

• Working location: Hanoi, Vietnam
  
• Salary: Negotiable + bonus sales
• Report to: Chairman (Vietnamese)
• Interview: 2 rounds (online)

Main Duties:

• Source and develop a network of partners and potential customers/partners from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
• Develop and execute market development and expansion plans.
• Report on investment information and customer outreach.
• Propose solutions to maintain and promote business operations.
• Present project information in Chinese to potential partners and customers.
• Perform assigned tasks related to project promotion and market development.
• Seek opportunities and information on seminars to promote products and report to superiors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Native Chinese speaker. Fluent in English.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industrial construction or real estate preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
