ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Industrial Manufacturing industry who is looking for a high qualified candidate for CNC PROGRAMMER position at the moment.

Working location: Dong Nai

1. CNC process troubleshooting

Proactively assist the manufacturing technology team to analyze root cause for various production issues

Provide solution suggestions/directions to Production regarding CNC problems

2. CNC process optimization

Monitor trials/tests until CNC problem solved

Minimize the machining time

Maximize the tool life span

3. ECR/ECN

Stabilize and optimize the product dimension

Minimize the force and the vibration on the CNC machine main shaft

4. Lesson Learn Book

After Pilot Run start, verify the rightfulness of ECR, evaluate the result, provide evidence to RD to make ECN

Collect and keep all valuable info in a digital file for future references.

5. Decision-making powers/ skill

Optimize and update the CNC machining program

Update the CNC parameter sheet and its format

Update the CNC program list and the tool list

CNC process Improvement with PDCA concept

CNC problem root cause analysis

Optimization of the CNC program

Evaluate ECRs and send trial data for ECN

Improve Yield rate of CNC process

Assist the section manager to maintain the up-to-date Lesson Learned Book

Minimize the number of process problems of CNC

Effectively train new employees

+ Very proficient on Mastercam software

+ Proficient for CNC machine 5 axis

+ Proficient MS office software

+ Basic knowledge in control jig and machining jig

+ Good teamwork, report skill, communication skill and learning skill

+

Salary: Negotiable
