ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in FINANCIAL SERVICES industry, looking for high qualified candidate for CHIEF ACCOUNTANT position at the moment.
- Working place: HCMC
- Report to: Country Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Objective
Responsible for the accounting matters of the company to ensure that the Company’s financial resources are managed in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standard and comply with all relevant laws.
2. Responsibilities
- Ensures that all accounting activities are in accordance with the tax policy, Vietnamese accounting standard.
- Responsible for the correctness and the timely of statutory reports:
– VAT reports.
– Financial invoice usage reports.
– Withholding tax payment.
– Financial statement.
– Statistic reports required by other authorities… - Responsible for minimizing all kinds of tax risks during tax inspection.
- Daily check and sign payment requests (support the payment in solving problems if any), VAT output invoices, accounting vouchers.
- Daily check accounting bookings of accountants into Fast System.
- Ensure accounting functions such cash, bank, payable, receivable well serving for the company operations.
- Ensuring that month-end and year-end close and reporting timelines are properly carried out.
- Prepare financial management report.
- Reconcile accounting accounts.
- Advise other departments on tax-related questions.
- Accounting software: maintain a chart of accounts.
- Other tasks as required and assigned by management team.
Job Requirement
1. Application requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or related majors.
2. Job Requirements
- At least 04 years of working experience (same industry is an advantage).
- Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting System and Vietnamese Law.
- Good at data handling.
- Experience in using Fast Accounting Software.
- Fluent English communication orally and verbally.
- Strong teamwork, communication and management skill.
