BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST (BPA)

On behalf of our client –  the packaging manufacturing industry - seeking a highly qualified professional to join their team as Business Process Analyst (BPA).

The detailed job description is outlined below:

• Position: Business Process Analyst (BPA)

• Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Working Location: Long An

• Working Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday & 2 optional Saturdays each month

? POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, documenting, standardizing, and continuously improving business processes across the organization. The role works closely with departments to identify operational inefficiencies, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), map workflows, and support process optimization initiatives that improve productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

? MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process Analysis & Assessment

• Interview stakeholders and map current business processes and workflows (As-Is) across various departments.

• Collaborate with teams to identify bottlenecks, waste, redundant steps, risks, or inefficiencies within operational processes.

• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and propose practical, effective solutions.

2. Process Design & Standardization

• Design future-state processes and workflows (To-Be) that eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity.

• Lead the drafting, standardization, and compilation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), guidelines, forms, and related operational documentations.

• Ensure all designed processes align with corporate policies, statutory regulations, and international manufacturing standards (such as BRC).

3. Implementation & Compliance Monitoring

• Work closely with department heads to roll out new or revised processes into actual daily operations.

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate workshops or training sessions to ensure staff thoroughly understand and adhere to standardized workflows.

• Periodically audit and monitor process compliance across the factory and offices, detecting and reporting deviations in a timely manner.

4. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization by utilizing structured methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN).

• Gather and analyze operational data, and establish process key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process efficiency over time.

• Partner with IT and Data teams to evaluate technical requirements, supporting the integration of business processes into ERP/MRP systems, BI platforms, or automation tools to drive digital transformation.

1. Education & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Quality Management, or related fields.

• Highly proficient in process mapping and modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Bizagi.

• Lean Six Sigma certifications (Yellow/Green Belt) are highly preferred.

2. Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Excellence Specialist, Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, or PMO Analyst.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end SOP systems from scratch within a large-scale manufacturing environment or multinational corporation.

3. Core Skills:

• Professional fluency in English – both written and verbal (essential for analyzing global process standards and reporting directly to German management/CFO).

• Outstanding analytical thinking, system-level worldview, and complex problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively lead cross-functional workshops.

• Highly meticulous, structured, and disciplined in technical documentation and archiving.

4. Attitude & Professionalism:

• Serious, honest, and professional working attitude with a strict sense of business and operational confidentiality.

• Leading by example in showing respect to superiors and colleagues, while maintaining strict labor discipline and factory rules.

• Highly collaborative, open-minded, and proactive in driving organizational change management.
