PRODUCTION MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Packaging industry and is looking for Production Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Bac Ninh
• Working time: Monday to Friday
• Salary: 35 - 45M

Key Responsibilities:

 1. Manpower (People Management)

• Training & Development: Upskill self and subordinates to meet ISO 9001 and BRC IOP standards.
• Resource Optimization: Maximize workforce potential based on organizational structure.
• Workplace Culture: Foster a positive environment through role-model behavior and effective communication.

2. Planning & Decision Making Authority

• Continuous Improvement: Drive technology, process, and system upgrades (BM/IM & Dec.) for ongoing efficiency.

3. Operational Responsibilities

• Compliance & Scheduling: Follow ISO 9001/BRC IOP standards and align production/trials with PPIC schedules.
• Problem Solving & Quality: Implement corrective/preventive actions for production issues and customer complaints.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Track shift outputs and objectively appraise subordinate performance.
• Advisory & Safety: Propose improvements to the Plant Manager; ensure strict compliance with 5S and HSE requirements.

4. Administration Work

• Documentation: Maintain production records in line with ISO 9001 and BRC IOP.
• Reporting: Analyze quality target achievements across operational aspects.
• Product Integrity: Ensure product safety and regulatory legality.
  

• College or University degree in a relevant technical or operational field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the same or equivalent position.
• Strong technical background in machinery operations, with deep expertise in injection and blow molding equipment and plant utilities.
  
• Professional working proficiency in English.
  

• Annual / Year-end performance bonus.

• Daily shuttle bus service between Hanoi and Bac Ninh.
