MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Plastic industry and is looking for Maintenance Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
• Working time: Monday - Friday
• Salary: 35-45Mil

Main Duties:

• Lead the implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across the manufacturing operations.
• Ensure the availability and quality of maintenance materials and spare parts; manage requisitions and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead maintenance cost-out initiatives and identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency.
• Monitor production equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and coordinate timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of production equipment and plant utilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance through technology, processes, and systems to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of production machines and plant utilities.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for equipment-related issues to prevent recurrence and maintain stable production.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical; or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years working at manager level at manufacturing, prefer candidate have experience of plastic packaging, mold tool, blow molding.
  
• Fluent in English.
  

• Annual / Year-end performance bonus.
• Daily shuttle bus service between Hanoi and Bac Ninh.
• Others will be discussed during the interview.
