ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in FINANCIAL SERVICES industry, looking for high qualified candidate for OPERATIONS MANAGER position at the moment.

  • Working place: HCMC
  • Report to: Country Manager
  • Manage: 08 – 10 staffs

Key Responsibilities

1. Objective

  • Responsible for whole operations procedure of Phone Verification, Customer Service to ensure the effectiveness and achieve the company’s target from time to time in all areas of Operations.
  • Manage Operations department activities and take responsible for all activities including planning and calculating budget, headcount, reports, strategies to meet business requirement and business development.

2. Responsibilities
Operations management

  • Managing alignment to improve operations process and system, staff’s performance and productivity. Train and coach subordinates for the best productivity and achievement.
  • Organize the manpower for monitoring and controlling all teams including Phone Verification, Customer Service and ensure all processes are followed correctly within approved operations budget.
  • Study the demand and competition from the growth perspective, new products or services and keep up to date with changes.
  • Work with management team for appropriate incentive scheme for operations ensuring effective productivity, staff retention and development.
  • Responsible for working with management team on planning, coordinating and implementing strategic business plans which will allow to achieve volume and profits.
  • Report and solve customer’s complaints or feedback to improve customer service, policies and standards.
  • Ensure the verification process is operated smoothly, correctly and professionally, complied with credit policy and business code to prevent, identify and escalate all frauds both internally and externally.
  • Developing and maintaining a powerful CRM production system which benefit sales performance and management purpose. 
  • Coordinate with other department to solve any issue to improve the operations procedure. 

    Prepare and provide daily, monthly and yearly report to management for the business performance reviews, operational activities.

Vendor management

  • Maintain solid & effective collaboration with vendors and bank partners to ensure quality and quantity of customer’s portfolio.

Project management

  • Drive customer acquisition by proposing attractive product or sales activities to meet the target.

Other tasks as required and assigned by management team. 

Job Requirement

1. Application requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 

2. Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience of Operations management (sales/telesales experience in finance and banking industry is an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of sales, customer services and verification process.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skill.
  • Pro-active, strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills, high sense of responsibility.
  • Performance oriented and be able to work under high pressure.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
