Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry who is looking for TECHNICAL SERVICE EXECUTIVE high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

• Location: Hung Yen

• Salary: Negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Value added technical solutions management:

• Managing sewing, embroidery, footwear and trims solution activities for customers.
• Conducting of products audit, Training programs, Workshops, Consumption Analysis, Logo Enhancement, etc. Solutions corresponding to the products.

Business development functions:

• Promoting the company’s top of the line products in footwear and Garment to customers using the Technical Service concept.
• Using high level of technical input to build very strong business relationships with development/ production/ quality assurance personnel in customer organization.
  
• Delivering technical presentations & conduct technical seminars to key customers as well as brands in order to build a strong image for technical services.
  
• Supporting to influence Product up-gradation in brands and customers.
  
• Supporting new product launch and penetration in the market place.

Supporting Sales efforts:

• Interaction with the sales person to ensure that everybody works in tandem and towards the same goals.
• Advising complaint handling guidance/ assistance for the sales/ QA whenever required.
  
• Training the sales team on the technicalities of threads, trims & applications.
  

• University degree in garment/textile or related field.
• Fluently communication in English & Vietnamese.
  
• At least 3-year experience in apparel industry or related industry with experience in product development, production and team management.
  
• Prefer candidates who can Chinese speaking
