Job Description

Dear Candidates,

On behalf of our client –  the packaging manufacturing industry - seeking a highly qualified professional to join their team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Reports to: Senior HR Manager / Head of HR

  • Working Location: Long An

  • Working Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday & 2 optional Saturdays each month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ranging from factory workers and staff levels to managerial roles.

  • Actively identify, source, and attract high-quality candidates in the market to fulfill the company's hiring demands.

2. Workforce Planning

  • Forecast long-term workforce requirements and human resource needs for the next 1 to 3 years.

  • Analyze labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic adjustments.

3. Talent Pool & Pipeline Development

  • Build, develop, and maintain comprehensive talent pipelines and candidate databases to ensure continuous talent readiness.

  • Establish and develop strategic partnerships with universities, professional associations, and HR communities.

4. Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute impactful employer branding strategies to position and elevate the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Directly manage recruitment marketing initiatives and maximize the performance of recruitment social media channels.

5. Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment KPIs and metrics periodically to assess efficiency.

  • Analyze recruitment data to recommend data-driven improvements and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.

Job Requirement

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

  • Proven experience in Workforce Planning and executing Employer Branding initiatives is highly preferred.

3. Core Skills:

  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.

  • Highly proficient in utilizing recruitment platforms, tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).

4. Attitude & Professionalism:

  • Serious, honest, and highly professional working manner with a strict sense of information confidentiality.

  • Leading by example in showing respect to superiors and colleagues, while maintaining strict labor discipline and workplace order.

  • Objective, proactive, and capable of working independently to hit challenging targets.

  • No gathering for eating or drinking during working hours to maintain a professional environment.
