SALES MANAGER (CHINESE)

Our partner at Red Orange Headhunt, operating in the High Technology sector, is currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Manager with the following details:

Work Location: Hanoi

Salary: Negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Research products and market trends.

• Seek and approach information about product distribution agents; businesses/projects using the product; customers and their product needs.

• Develop sales plans tailored to customer requirements and characteristics, in accordance with the company’s sales policy.

• Provide consultation and quotations to customers.

• Negotiate and finalize deals, sign contracts with customers.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with customers, handle complaints and warranty services (if any).

• Report on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as required by the department head.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields: PBX, CCTV, SERVER, NETWORK, etc.

• Bachelor's or college degree in Electrical - Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.

• Proficient in Chinese; good English is a plus.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint...

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.

• Responsible, with a positive and learning-oriented attitude.

• A clear career direction in sales.
