Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Construction industry and is looking for a OFFICE MANAGER (BOOKKEEPING) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh
  • Salary: 20.000.000 VND (Net)
  • Working time: Monday to Friday (08h00 - 17h00)
  • Report to: Manager 

MAIN DUTIES:

Day to Day Duties

- Answering phone taking New Inquiries, Messages etc.

- Liaising with Clients on Email and Internally with Senior Staff Members

- Filing

- Stationery Orders/Welding Book orders Etc.

Invoicing

- Preparing Invoice each month - Date Entry into Excel. Spreadsheet (Hours/Travel/Meal Allowances) / Scanning Relevant Time Sheets against each Chasing up Ss for the month/ Prepare Emissions Report/ Preparing Stat Dec

- Preparing Client Invoice In Excel Spreadsheet

- Preparing Monthly Vehicle Invoice in Excel Spreadsheet

- Prepare Quotes and Rates for Clients when required - using Excel and Word Docs.

- Reconciling accounts at the end of the month

Employee Management

- Signing up new Employees - Docs and Cards

- Managing Each Employees Folder - kept up to date with valid certificates

- Manage Each Employee on RIW Data Entry and Uploading of Certificates

- Manage Each Employee or FULTON HOGAN SITE) Data Entry and Uploading of Certificates

- Manage Each Employee on EIFY SITE-Data Entry and Uploading of Certificates

- Incolink and Co-Invest done monthly - Data Entry and Working on Excel Spreadsheets

- Managing Site Specific Training Requirements - Preparing Paperwork for Inductions to Send to Clients for Guys to complete Inductions

- Payroll - Data Entry working on Excel Spreadsheets

- Liaising with Training Providers and Clients for anything that may be required

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • Have 1 - 5 years of working experience in accounting field
  • English 4 skills is required, good communication skills and ability to work with foreigner
  • Understanding and experience in using MYOB, Quickbook, Xero software  
  • Needs to be confident using excel/word etc on Apple/ Emailing and Computer
  • Independently and in a Team/Show Initiative / Good Time Management
  • Literate to Navigate Portals such as RIWEIFY etc /Methodical / Able to Work
  • Skills/Work Under Pressure / Able to Report to Managers
