MARKETING MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Blockchain industry and is looking for a Marketing Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ha Noi 
• Salary: 20 - 25mil 

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Monitor and approve marketing materials from marketing executive
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Represent company at industry events and conferences if required.
• Prepare MKT report for CMO

Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing manager at a technology company, with proven results and references.
• Active user of web3 applications, knowledgeable of the wider web3 ecosystem, key projects, challenges, topical narratives, memes, etc.
• Proven track record of success in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and market share in competitive markets, especially within startups.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Twitter and other social media platforms.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent understanding of spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation skills, willingness to travel to conferences and key events to help promote company's products and vision.
