Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Personal Care industry who is looking for MARKETING EXECUTIVE high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

• Work at: Bangkok, Thailand
• Salary: 60.000 - 70.000 Baht

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Develop product innovation that aligns with brand strategy and market opportunities to address consumer’s needs.
• Collaborate with Research & Development to ensure that the new product meets brand objective and quality standard.
• Delivers excellent brand marketing execution in a complex, multi-cultural environment that contributes to long term profitable growth.
• Manages product’s portfolio to achieve top line sales and margin. 
• Develops below-the-line communication and in-store activities to ensure communication consistency with brand strategies. 
• Handles new product launch plan ensuring that it is launched on time.
• Liaises with cross functional team in order to flawlessly implement ATL and BTL activities. 
• Efficiently manages marketing budget for all channels, i.e., modern trade, traditional trade, special channels, to secure the target net profit of the business unit.
• Coordinating promotional activities. Monitoring and improving marketing activities. 
• To report to their supervisors Including coordination with the parties. In order to achieve the company's objectives. 
• Other job assigned by commandant.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, MBA or related fields. 
• At least 3 years FMCG business experience in Brand management.
• Strong communication and presentation skill.
• Numeric, Logical and business acumen is a must.
• Goal – Oriented, Proactive, Creative and Good Teamwork. Own “Can – Do” Attitude. 
• Passion on Challenge job and Seeking on Successful & Hand – On experience. 
• Good command of English and Computer literacy.
• Experience in new product and price setting strategy.
• Thai Candidate.

• Based on 6% company contribution, eligible after probation.
• Medical healthcare card capped at 12,000 baht/year.
