• Shape Our Story: Craft a winning brand strategy that captivates consumers and propels us to category leadership. Lead the implementation of targeted brand activation channels for each of our brands, ensuring success across every aisle.
• Spark Innovation: Partner with our business team to unlock insights and translate them into marketing and branding magic for new and existing products. Spearhead new product development, guiding the journey from concept to consumer.
• Master the Numbers: Own the P&L for each brand and product, meticulously balancing financial health with marketing initiatives, pricing, and field sales needs.
• Empower Your Team: Cultivate a high-performing team of young, passionate marketing professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Craft the Perfect Canvas: Oversee our design team, guaranteeing every project - from product packaging to corporate branding - is a visual masterpiece.
