ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in FMCG industry who is looking for MAINTENANCE MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

  • Working location: Binh Duong
  • Working time: Monday to Saturday: 9AM - 5PM
  • Report to: Head Of Manufacturing

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To ensure safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new machines and equipment.
  • Implement short term plan/strategic plan relating to the Mechanical maintenance work.
  • Allocate resources for maintenance management. Establish targets and budgets for the Mechanical & civil maintenance team in consultation with other departments and follow-up/evaluate plans of action, performance data, conduct critical problem analysis and derive solutions.
  • Approve departmental procedures, work instructions and formats
  • To identify continuous improvement projects by working with local management, proposing any changes in working practices, new equipment and plant development.
  • Ensure the manufacturing team is briefed, consulted, trained and developed to improve plant performance in line with the BRC and other Quality certification standards.
  • To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to maintenance problems in conjunction with production management and operators.
  • To develop and operate a structured approach to maintenance, fully exploiting all opportunities to improve plant availability.
  • To structure, train and personally supervise a planned maintenance system which includes, as minimum, use of condition monitoring, eradication of the causes of repetitive equipment failure, visual inspection and routine ‘’pre-failure’’ itemized replacement.
  • To create detailed, descriptive plant shutdown schedules, which secure the total ongoing support and contribution of the plant management team.
  • To support the manufacturing team in the review of successful performance and counter measures.
  • Authorized to encourage identification of opportunities for pollution prevention measures and elimination of hazards in his areas
  • Authorized to communicate with Internal and External Agencies related to all maintenance activities
  • To communicate on hazards and potential risks
  • To ensure lifting tackle/pressure vessel / moving equipment under statutory compliance
  • Spare-part control
  • Ensure maintenance schedule for all machines, equipment, system etc
  • Creating an environment to motivation the direct & indirect reports.
  • Contribute to Productivity improvement programs.
  • Contribute towards various certifications like BRC, ISO, GMP, OSHAS
  • Maintain the quality records.
  • Achieve the plant KPI’s.
  • Members of Food Safety Team
  • Member of HSE Team
  1. Authority (if applicable)
  2. Make a decision within job area which was assigned without affecting to line’s efficiencies.
  3. Reporting to higher management for further advice when need.
  4. Discipline violation people as company’s code. Have the right to stop working within 12 hours for leaders or operators in emergency case.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Engineering or Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
  • 6-8 years’ experience in supervisor role at similar manufacturing setup is priority.

Other qualifications: 

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office products – Excel, work ....
  • Ability to speak English.
  • Fast Learner.
  • A good teamwork.
  • Highly adaptability.
  • Able to motivate people.

Ready to work in highly competitive environment – tight schedules & deliver stiff targets

Environment & Working Conditions:

1)  Ensure a safe working environment and track product life cycle. 

2) Provide on the job training to all subordinate.

3)  Work closely with QA and maintenance, Supply Chain, HR in ensuring effective role delivery.

4) Assure strong superior role in implementing standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

Benefits

  • Salary & Benefits from $2000 gross, 13th salary fixed, PVI health care.
  • Full insurance, 100% salary during probationary period.
  • Monthly basic salary, bonus, allowance, other allowances (if any), shuttle bus (if any)
  • Shuttle bus from District 2 Cantavil towards National Highway 13 to Binh Duong
