Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry, is looking for HR Supervisor high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: HCMC
• Working time: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), including 1.5 hours lunch break
  
• Salary: 18.000.000 - 25.000.000 VNĐ
• Report to: CEO
  

MAIN DUTIES

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of
  top talent.
• Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure company policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
• Collaborate with man

• At least 3 years experience in HR team
• Business Administration or scientific background preferable
• Proven experience in HR operations or as an HR Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong English Communication (reading and writing) skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
