Job Description

Red Orange's client is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Supervisor to support our Korean General Director in driving growth and operational excellence. We are looking for a result-oriented professional with the potential to grow into a senior leadership role.

Role Overview

  • Reporting to: Korean General Director (GD)

  • Sector: Pharmaceutical/Healthcare

  • Career Path: Defined promotion track to Manager based on performance and leadership competency within the first year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Operations: Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve targets, manage channel processes, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Field Execution: Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure high-quality customer service.

  • Strategic Planning: Analyze local and foreign markets to build implementation strategies; assist the GD in annual budgeting and inventory planning.

  • Executive Coordination: Act as an operational liaison to align corporate objectives across departments (Production, Sales, Admin) and ensure the seamless execution of the GD’s directives.

  • Reporting: Prepare performance reports and market feedback to support data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales or Marketing within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry. Experience with Korean or Multinational Corporations (MNCs) is preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Medicine, or related science fields preferred).

  • Language: Excellent Business English skills (Mandatory) for professional reporting and communication.

  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, high integrity, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

  • Skills: High proficiency in MS Office for reporting and data analysis.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently (domestic/international) is required.
