ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Financial Services Industry who is looking for HEAD OF BD high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: HCMC
• Salary: Negotiable
• Report to: CEO

DESCRIPTION:

• Develop strategy In Vietnam and execute on these ambitious goals.
• Build, manage and train a business development team of overachievers.
• Grow and maintain relationships with the startup ecosystem.
• Ensure the team is building and maintaining qualified pipeline of opportunities to hit targeted growth.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop relevant and distinct collateral articulating the solution and product to generate qualified marketing lead.
• Responsible for the strategy to activate and develop local vendors/agents, and provide the necessary direction to local station to develop sales.
• Responsible to set up system for sales and set up KPI management.
• Responsible to recommend markets that have the potential.
• Accountable for the strategic direction of responsibility and defining the optimal way to increase sales.
• Responsible for achieving annual sales targets within operating budgets with focus on increasing revenues.

• 7-10 years of experience spanning business development, sales, fintech, e-commerce or startup founder.
• Successful track record of hitting ambitious targets and posses wide network of Startups across Vietnam.
• Entrepreneur mindset who enjoys growing in both Startup and larger SaaS venture environments and eager to accelerate our growth in the region.
• Experience in hunting B2B companies in Vietnam and startups in particular would be an advantage.
• Experience in building a team from scratch.

• Salary: Negotiable.
