Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Real Estate industry who is looking for GENERAL DIRECTOR high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
  • Salary: Up to 200 million VND gross

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The General Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of the company, including marketing, sales, and property management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the real estate industry, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

1. Overall management:

- Lead the company's overall business operations, including marketing, sales, and property management. Develop and implement strategic initiatives and policies to ensure growth and brand recognition in both Northern and Southern markets.

- Oversee the management of high-end buildings, apartments, and villas in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

- Champion the company's culture by fostering a positive and disciplined work environment, and uphold the company's core values.

- Lead a comprehensive research and planning process, setting direction, schedules, and strategies for the company's initiatives and projects across all phases.

- Collaborate closely with the Chairman of the Board and relevant Board Members to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks impacting the company's and Group's business operations.

- Ensure seamless coordination across departments and divisions by providing clear direction and holding them accountable for achieving assigned goals.

- Conduct regular, scheduled, and unscheduled inspections of building management and operations (security, landscaping, sanitation, technical systems, etc.) to uphold high standards of quality and service.

- Assume responsibility for all legal matters related to the company's operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Care:

- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing and distribution strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for the Company's real estate portfolio.

- Build and cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, particularly those who utilize the Company's products and services.

- Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback on the Company's offerings to identify areas for improvement and address any shortcomings in design, construction, and building operation management.

- Actively seek out new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships with potential clients requiring asset management services.

3. Human Resources management:

- Manage and develop the company's human resources, ensuring that the company has the talent it needs to succeed.

- Develop and implement training programs for employees.

- Create a positive and productive work environment.

- Proactively elevate management and administration functions by establishing and continuously improving a comprehensive system of regulations, policies, and management processes. Effectively control the activities of Development Building Management Boards, ensuring they possess the necessary capabilities to compete effectively with regional rivals.

Job Requirement

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as real estate, construction, or business administration.

- Related certifications.

2. Experience:

- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience managing and operating high-end apartments, offices, urban areas, and other similar properties.

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of operations management, apartment and housing management laws, and relevant regulations.

- Proven experience in marketing and sales, coupled with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Mastered knowledge of legal regulations about real estate investment and business, including the Enterprise Law, Real Estate Business Investment Law, Advertising Law, and other relevant legislation.

3. Skills:

- Exemplify exceptional teamwork skills and possess a wealth of creative ideas for driving sales success.

- Proven expertise in organizing sales events, captivating customers, and providing outstanding customer care.

- Fluent in English communication and proficient in office information technology and internet applications. Adept at leveraging IT to enhance work efficiency.

- Possess a strategic vision, coupled with a dynamic and professional working style. Demonstrate the ability to quickly assess situations and make decisive decisions.

- Thrive under pressure and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
