DEPUTY PRODUCT DIRECTOR

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the FINTECH industry and is looking for a DEPUTY PRODUCT DIRECTOR high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Salary: upto 100.000.000 VND (Gross)
• Working time: Mon - Fri

MAIN DUTIES:

● Work with senior management to create product strategy and roadmap

● Understand markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth

● Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers

● Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for ewallet and key verticals

● Build Product team to effectively implement the assigned features

● Work closely with the Business Intelligent team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives

● Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting edge technologies.

● Analyze users' data and feedback to measure product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

● From 8-10 years of experience in a product management, engineering and technology strategy role

● Experience in leading a team > 5 years

● Experience working with wireframe tools and product documentation writing

● Problems & Solutions oriented mindset

● Data driven mindset, analysis skill

● Passion for mobile payment and keen eye for good product design

• Salary: upto 100.000.000 VND Gross
