Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Fintech industry and is looking for a CFO high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Salary: Nego
• Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00; morning Sat: 8:00 - 12:00

MAIN DUTIES:

• Lead overall financial strategy, capital structure, and risk management aligned with business growth
• Oversee fundraising activities, investor relations, and banking partnerships
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and performance management across business units
• Ensure strong governance over accounting, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with business leaders to balance growth, profitability, and cash flow
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounting team

• 12+ years of experience in Finance, with at least 3–5 years as CFO or Deputy CFO
• Strong background in Fintech, Financial Services, Technology, or high-growth companies
• Proven experience in fundraising and working with investors
• Solid understanding of Vietnam financial regulations; Southeast Asia experience is a strong plus
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• High integrity, decisiveness, and strong stakeholder communication skills
