CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (JAPANESE)

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Planning, Designing, Engineering and Construction Management industry who is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Work at: Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: Monday - Friday
• Candidate nationality: Japanese
• Report to: Japanese CEO
• Manage: 3 Vietnamese, 1 Japanese

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General direction for spatial communication planning, design and construction projects mainly for commercial facilities.
• Mainly as the point of contact for major Japanese corporate clients, control internal local staff and construction companies.
• Share the project management progress of the ordered project (respond based on the internal manual and report to the Japanese supervisor).
• Management of subcontractors at construction sites, schedule management, and coordination with clients. (Other practical details will be introduced separately in the interview).
• Willing to travel for work to each base of the group (Thailand, Myanmar, Japan, etc).

• Fluency in English (Must-have)
• Japanese native (Must-have)
• If you are interested in space design, it is OK even if you have no experience in design, construction management, etc. We have training program for you.
• Excellent at communication
• Sense of customer service, sales or project management,…
• It's great if you have experience in planning and implementing commercial facilities, exhibitions, showrooms, events, etc., or who want to make use of know-how in related industries (advertising, printing, video content production, etc)

• Salary: About $2,000 (Negotiate depending on experience and ability + Bonus)
• Salary review annually
