CHANNEL MANAGER

  Red Orange's Client is a company specialize in vehicle Manufacturing industry in Vietnam and is looking for Channel Manager – Vietnam high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for localized channel development and management in the Vietnamese market.
• Identify, approach, and onboard local distributors/agents/dealers to expand market coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing channel partners; monitor partner performance against targets.
• Develop and execute channel strategy and sales policies suited to the local market.
• Coordinate with headquarters (China) on channel policies, pricing, and promotional programs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel partner feedback to propose improvement plans.
• Report channel performance, issues, and recommendations to management on a regular basis.

• Work experience: 3-5 years, preferably in channel/distributor management.
• Educational requirement: Undergraduate degree or above.
• Must be able to communicate in Vietnamese and Chinese (English is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills.
• Willing to travel within Vietnam for channel development and partner visits.
  

• Salary: ~$4,600 - $9,300/month
