SOURCING SPECIALIST

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Trading Distribution industry and is looking for Sourcing Specialist high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Binh Duong or Hybrid
• Salary: around 40mil/month gross
• Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Supplier Development: Proactively source, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers of DIY, hand tools, and promotional products in Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia.
• Supply Chain Management: Manage the entire order process, from price negotiation and quality control to final delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct factory audits and ensure all shipments meet company standards.
• Market Research: Attend trade fairs and conduct market surveys to discover new products and suppliers.

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Worked in European trading/inspection companies or sourcing offices in Vietnam
• Strong knowledge of DIY market, especially promotion products (large quantity, low unit price, tight delivery)
• Experience in DIY hand tools and hardware market
• Familiar with packaging production and processes
• Experienced in factory audits, supplier communication, and price negotiation
• Willing to travel frequently (mainly in Vietnam, also Thailand & Cambodia for fairs and supplier visits)
• Proven experience in factory audits, supplier communication, and price negotiation.

• Two-month probation period
• All travel expenses covered by company
• Training opportunity in HQ
• Business trips to Europe possible
