KD MANAGER

  Red Orange's Client is a company specialize in vehicle Manufacturing industry in Vietnam and is looking for KD Manager – Vietnam high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and coordinate CKD/SKD/DKD project activities between headquarters (China) and the local plant/partners in Vietnam.
• Track shipment schedules, import documentation, and delivery status of knocked-down component kits (parts, sub-assemblies) from HQ to the local assembly site.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Customs/Import, and Quality departments to ensure KD parts arrive complete, on time, and meet assembly specifications.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to parts shortages, quality discrepancies, or delays in the KD supply chain.
• Support localization planning — tracking which components shift from CKD/SKD toward local sourcing over time.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for management on KD project status, shipment tracking, and localization progress.
• Liaise between the local Vietnamese team and Chinese headquarters, ensuring accurate communication of technical and logistics requirements.

• Work experience: 3-5 years, preferably in KD (CKD/SKD/DKD) operations, automotive/vehicle manufacturing, or import-export/supply chain coordination.
• Educational requirement: Undergraduate degree or above.
• Must be able to communicate in Vietnamese and Chinese (English is a plus).
• Familiar with import procedures, customs documentation, and supply chain coordination.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Willing to travel within Vietnam for plant/project coordination.
  

• Salary: ~$3,700 - $7,400/month
