KD MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company specialize in vehicle Manufacturing industry in Vietnam and is looking for KD Manager – Vietnam high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

Working location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Headcount: 2

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the full-cycle management of company CKD/SKD assembly projects.
• Oversee project initiation, trial production and mass production phases, control project progress, quality and risks, and ensure scheduled project delivery and production launch.
• Serve as the key liaison between domestic headquarters functional departments and local Vietnamese partner factories. Manage KD material BOMs, packaging standards and logistics delivery, and coordinate and resolve technical and supply chain issues during project execution.
• Conduct daily operation management and progress review of Vietnam KD projects, deliver regular work reports, optimize local assembly processes, implement project compliance requirements, and ensure stable and efficient operation of overseas KD businesses.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in KD management, project coordination, business development, or the automotive/vehicle industry.
• Languages: Professional fluency in Chinese (written and verbal); proficiency in English is a strong plus.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within Vietnam for partner relations and factory/project coordination.
  

• Salary: Negotiation
