TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Footwear industry and is looking for a TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Dong Nai Province (Flexible for work)
• Salary: 60mil - 90mil VND (Gross)
• Working time: Monday to Friday 
• Report to: Director Technical 

MAIN DUTIES:

- Provide product and process support for handling and selection of products

- Manage defined product categories

- Understand, articulate, and capture customer market problems and then translate them into market requirements for product management

- Deliver presentations, training, and technical support to customers, technical sales, sales to ensure smooth and high-quality production within the factory, and the best results from our materials.

- Maintain “Materials User Guide”, “Category Brochures” and marketing tools in general

- Build positive and proactive relationships within our T1 and brand customers, esp. for market introductions

- Be a source of information and providing product intelligence, incl. competitors materials

- Be the escalation step of managing customer complaints to support technical service

- Attend regular local sales team meetings to understand recent commercial activity and reporting your technical activity.

- Actively manage the product range in cooperation with commercial sales

- Prepare Market-in planning of new product launches with sales and push the execution actively.

• Graduated from relevant majors at the University.
• Have experience in 3 fields (Product, Developer & Technical Service);  shoe design and insoles for Supplier companies.
  

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese as an advantage.

• Able to travel for work regularly.

• Ability to be innovative in meeting overall goals of the product line

• Excellent presentation, communication and customer skills

• Understanding of specific market-segments performance and product needs.
