Dear Our Valued Connections,Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Garment Accessories industry and is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City/ Remote
  • Reporting to: Vice General Manager
  • Salary: Negotiable
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the spearhead of company's growth in Vietnam. This is a high-impact role designed for a "Hunter" who possesses a deep network in the garment/trim industry and a proven track record of winning accounts with global giants.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Directly approach and secure new business opportunities from major global brands (focusing on Walmart and Target).
  • Work closely with Buyers and Sourcing Managers at brand level to achieve vendor nomination and strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the business development roadmap for the Ho Chi Minh City market.
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships to stay updated on sourcing trends and market movements.
  • Coordinate between customer requirements and factory capabilities to ensure operational feasibility, efficiency, and speed-to-market.
  • Take a key role in supporting the setup and development of the representative office and local business operations in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Requirement

  • 5+ years in BD roles within the Garment/Apparel/Trim/ Accessories industry.
  • An active and strong network of Contacts/Buyers
  • Expertise in Nomination-based business models and international brand compliance.
  • Fluency in English
  • Willing to business travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, or related fields.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes is required, especially for regular visits to factories in Long An.
