BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Market Expansion: Directly approach and secure new business from major global brands (focusing on Walmart, Target).
• Direct Engagement: Work directly with Buyers and Sourcing Managers at the Brand level to get Premco on the Nomination list.
• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Vice GM to build the business development roadmap for the HCMC market.
• Relationship Management: Leverage and maintain a high-level network within the industry to stay ahead of sourcing shifts.
• Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Brand requirements and Factory capabilities (Long An) to ensure feasibility and speed-to-market.
• Setup: Take a lead role in the potential establishment of the Representative Office in HCMC.

• 5+ years in BD roles within the Garment/Apparel/Trim industry.
• An active and strong network of Contacts/Buyers
• Expertise in Nomination-based business models and international brand compliance.
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, or related fields.
