Dear Our Valued Connections,Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Garment industry and is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City 
Reporting to: Vice General Manager
Salary: 25,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND + Performance Bonus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Directly approach and secure new business from major global brands 
  • Work directly with Buyers and Sourcing Managers at the Brand level to get the Nomination list.
  • Partner with the Vice GM to build the business development roadmap 
  • Leverage and maintain a high-level network within the industry to stay ahead of sourcing shifts.
  • Bridge the gap between Brand requirements and Factory capabilities to ensure feasibility and speed-to-market.

Job Requirement

  • 5+ years in BD roles within the Garment/Apparel/Trim industry.
  • An active and strong network of Contacts/Buyers
  • Expertise in Nomination-based business models and international brand compliance.
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, or related fields.

Benefits

  • Salary: 25,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND + Performance Bonus
