TECHNICAL MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Luxury Furniture industry and is looking for a COLOR DEVELOPMENT & FINISHING MANAGER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Binh Duong
• Salary: 80mil VNU (Gross) 
• Working time: Monday to Friday (08h00 - 17h00)
• Report to: Director
• Manage: 15 staff

MAIN DUTIES:

To responsible for re-engineering products and coming up with the best construction method that optimizes the use of labor, materials, and pieces of machinery.

• To provide Production with complete and error-free technical package and assembly instructions which primarily consists of machining drawings, assembly drawings, packing drawing, fitting drawing, component rout tickets, cutting lists jigs, templates, carving and bill of materials (BOM)

• To ensure a high quality, smooth and efficient process that produces successful orders from customers.

1. Implement the best product construction method.

2. Solve product and process – related problems that crop up in every Production Departments.

3. Provide error free AutoCAD/inventor drawings on time.

4. Train Technician to draw fast and accurate using

Autocad 2D/3D and 3D Inventor

5. Document the changes to the product as known.

6. Provide packing specifications of every product. Conduct packing and required product testing.

7. Join Technically evaluate and select appropriate factories to meet about quality, cost, lead time requirements and production capacity.

8. Communicate with Contract Manufacturing about the technical drawing. Resolve technical issues of PTC/clients and Subcon factories in a timely manner.

9.Recruit and develop technical staff to engineer

10. Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Technical Department, establish relevant working standards, Standard Operating Procedures or Manuals

11. Application to use 3D inventor to improvement and provide technical drawing/ cutting list /BOM with best quality for production.

12. Managed the engineering of products including materials, manufacturing, tooling process selection.

WORK RIGHTS

1. They will be required to communicate with all levels of the business from factory workers to the owners. They must be able to do this in a calm and professional manner.

2. Discretion is very important as the candidate will sometimes be in possession of sensitive information. A high level of trust will be placed in the candidate and it is expected that they will maintain a professional approach to this.

• Education: College, University

• Foreign Language: Vietnamese, English (English to a high standard, both written and verbal)

• Computer Skill: AutoCAD 2D/3D, 3D Inventor. Photoshop. Excel and Word skills required.

• Related Knowledge: Furniture industry knowledge is an absolute requirement

• Related Skills:

- Able knowledge of project furniture and experience to deployment smooth for production

- Able knowledge of 3D AutoCAD drawings / 3D Inventor and experience to deployment for technical drawing/ BOM/packing for production

- Good coaching and leadership skill

- Good time management

- Proactive, dynamic

- Able knowledge and Experience in management requirements of testing protocol in furniture (QA)

• Years of Experience

-10 years in a similar type of company producing high quality furniture,

- Well known machinery knowledge and production process

- Has knowledge and Experience in producing highend & indoor furniture

• Salary: 80.000.000 VND gross or more (negotiable)

• Shuttle bus, Heath care.
